Responsibilities:

Understanding all the products and services offered
Explain to customers confidently about our products and brand.
To suggest suitable vehicles based on customer needs and requirement.
Able to negotiate with customers to close sales
Process all related paperwork from customer booking, test drive, car loan to car delivery.
Knowing how to find own sources of customer prospects other than walk-ins.
Requirements:

Exceptional customer service skills
Good working attitude and independent
Customer service-related experience or sales experience
Well verse in communication
Valid driving license
